The last couple of weeks have seen us do more exercise prescription at the MIHP with the students in the Gym.

The Student-Led Therapy Service has 2 weeks left before we break for Christmas.

That means in the afternoons of 

Wednesday 4^th 

and

 Wednesday 11^th 

December 

are the Clinical days before Christmas 

at the Manchester Institute of Health and Performance (MIHP).
